The BTS PK2 is a belt edging machine with two diamond pad wheels
for chamfering. The
pads are turned against the band plane by 45°, and
there is a firm angle
90° between them. The assembly of pads is firmly
fixed and its vertical
setting and setting in horizontal position can be
made by means of two
knobs (for varying glass thickness), always for
both pads at a time. The
band is carried by three rubberized pulleys;
the upper pulley is actuated
by an electric motor, belt tension is adjusted
by the rear pulley and the
bottom pulley assembly enables travelling in
horizontal plane against glass
and tracking which allows the sanding
belt to run pulley dead centre. Any
adjustment is very easy to make and
is to be performed by means of levers
and eccentrics. The closed cooling
system is activated automatically when
the grinder is turned on. The machine

its easy adjustment and control offers
a wide range of application and
thanks to coupled operation
(straight edge & chamfering) it will substantially
speed up your work.
The machine is equipped with a table furnished with rubber rollers and
an optional
automatic glass conveyor can be supplied for it.
