PTS 325 - Laminated Glass Saw

The laminated glass saw PTS 325, PTS 325 F is used for cutting sheet glass up to a thickness 50 mm. The saw can cut normal glass, laminated glass as well as different types of bullet-proof glass. The sheet of cut glass, which slightly diverts from vertical position, rests on rubber rollers, which facilitates handling and adjustment.
Feeding into the cut and repositioning of the cutting unit in its initial position (at top) is driven by a sprocket wheel which meshes in the link-chain mounted in the cutting unit carrier. Travel speed can be adjusted by a frequency inverter. Readjustment from perpendicular cut to a firm angle of 45° can be made through a simple mechanism.
Cutting disc is cooled by means of a closed circuit with a coolant tank, pump, nozzles and a collector system.
The saw can be dismantled into three parts, which facilitates its transport, handling, installation and commissioning.
